Design Process

Transparent. Clear. Individual.

01.

Project enquiry & introduction

During an initial online consultation, we get to know one another and discuss your wishes and the essential framework of your project. This allows us to determine whether we share a common vision.

  • Location, floor area and the rooms to be designed
  • The scope of services you require
  • Available documents such as floor plans, photographs or inspiration images
02.

Proposal & contract

Based on our initial consultation, you receive a transparent proposal tailored to your project. Once approved, all important points are set out contractually — for clarity and reliability from the outset.

03.

Project briefing: wishes & budget

We explore your ideas, style and functional requirements in greater depth. We also define the budget framework so the concept can be developed purposefully and realistically.

04.

Concept development & space planning

I develop:

  • An optimised floor plan and spatial layout
  • A carefully considered furniture plan
  • A mood board as the visual concept for style, colours, materials and textiles

Once the floor plan and mood board are approved, the detailed development of the concept begins.

05.

3D visualisation & approval

Photorealistic 3D visualisations make the spatial concept tangible. You can see in advance how colours, materials, furniture and lighting work together, and I refine the details based on your feedback.

06.

Product selection, technical planning & handover

You receive a detailed product concept including product sources and — depending on your selected package — the technical planning documents required for implementation.

All results are brought together in a clear project booklet, providing a reliable basis for implementation by contractors and specialist trades.

Estimated planning time

Design Essentialapprox. 1–3 weeks
