3. Contact by email
When you contact us by email, the information you provide is processed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR applies.
The contact form does not transmit data to a website server. Submitting it opens your email application with a prepared message. The data entered is not stored on this website.
4. Contact via WhatsApp
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your telephone number, profile name, message content and communication metadata may be processed. Depending on the enquiry, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. WhatsApp is optional; you may contact us by email instead.
